SESAME OIL & LECITHIN

Does sesame oil (also known as gingelly oil)  have lecithin?

Typical fatty acid composition would be oleic (33–46%), linoleic (41–52%), palmitic (5.5–9.5%), stearic (4–6%) with a trace of linolenic.

Sesame oil contains the phospholipid lecithin and is high in vitamins E and B-complex, with minerals calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.

Grateful thanks to Google
