PUMPKIN contains 90% water and is loaded with the antioxidant beta-carotene which has been shown to improve immune function, reduce risk of disease, such as cancer and heart disease.  In addition, pumpkin also contains many vitamins and nutrients.  A cup of pumpkin contains only 50 calories and 3 g of fibre.
