How to Make a Health Drink

This health drink is rich in vitamin A & Vitamin C. It is great to drink during the day to keep you going, or anytime just for the health benefits!

Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots, remove the skin & cut into pieces
  • 2 Oranges, peel the skin & separate the segments
  • 2 small Tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 drops fresh Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Steps

  1. Use a blender and add carrots, oranges, tomatoes, lemon juice, sugar & water.
  2. Know that it is advisable to have the pulp & the juice together to retain the minerals & vitamins.
  3. Add salt & pepper if desired.
  4. Serve at normal temperature or with ice.

Tips

  • Black salt can be added, which is rich in iron & aids digestion.
