How to Make Watermelon Juice
from wikiHow - The How to Manual That You Can Edit
You know there's lemon juice, lime juice, grape juice, but what about watermelon juice? Here is a great way to make it and to add it to your tropical breakfast.
Steps
- Slice the watermelon on a cutting board. Cut them into pieces about 1 inch thick.
- Put watermelon slices into a bowl, rubber container, or onto a plate. You can use your hands for this, but to prevent messiness, a fork is recommended.
- Put the melon in the blender. Add sugar or sweetener, if desired. Pour a couple of cups of cold water and some ice cubes. Blend well until smooth.
- Serve over lots of ice.
Tips
- Make sure to take the seeds out of the watermelon.
- If you want to switch it up a little, try other melons, like cantaloupe, honeydew-melon, or anything else you can think of.
- You can add some (washed) mint leaves in the blender, for an especially cool taste.
Warnings
- If you are a kid, seek an adult's help with the cutting part.
