28. A case of Fissure
A man, who was HIV positive, suffering from Fissure came to me. Every time he passed stools, there was profuse bleeding As he was HIV positive, it was thought useless to treat him as he would die soon anyway. With AUT, the bleeding stopped the next day itself. Within a week all other complaints like loss of appetite, muscular pain, fever and insomnia disappeared.
