Most people do not understand sensations in the gut, which we call hunger signals, and so they eat. It takes some time to master the body, get free from food slavery or dependence on what they consider “food” and be healthy and well. Health is the result of the balance of all areas of your life. This includes mental, emotional, physical and inner wellness( some call spiritual).
From years of fasting and giving myself enemas, I discovered that hunger was contractions in sections of the intestines only.
It was not the request of the body for nourishment or “food.”
When I drank more Urine, juice or small bites of fruit, the contraction ended and so did the sensation called hunger.
Advice.
Next time you are fasting or between eating times, and you feel like eating or breaking the fast too soon, drink urine, juice or eat some amounts of fruit. Then see how you feel.
Same thing applies to morning time before deciding to eat the a first meal.
Hint: Carry a 2 ounce glass dropper bottle filled with aged Urine with you everywhere. Take a full dropperful or more anytime you feel that you need more energy, alertness or clarity.
