HOMAGE TO A GREAT HOMEOPATH

We're sorry to share the news that Ernest Roberts died this week.

Words follow from Francis Treuherz, who was kind enough to let us share them here.

Ernest was a graduate of the College of Homeopathy in London. He founded the NW College of Homeopathy in Manchester in 1984. I taught there for about 10 years from 1986. The NWCH is a friendly, professional centre of excellence for homeopathic education, and was accredited by the Society.  Colleagues will recall the lively Saturday night dinners with Ernest in the curry mile. The College is still thriving.

Ernest wrote 2 books:
A Textbook of the Principles of Homeopathic Practice, Winter Press 1993, and Warning Signs & Similar Symptoms A Desktop Reference Guide for Alternative and Complementary Practitioners, Winter Press 1997 (with Juliet Williams).

He had been retired in Macclesfield for many years. A few weeks ago he had a stroke and was taken to hospital where he caught the Corona Virus and died [26th April] after a week of unconsciousness.

With love to all affected by this loss.
