The above research paper predicted coronavirus outbreak one year before it happened.
The paper has been published by four scientists frim the Wuhan Institute of Viroligy, China in March 2019 (Submitted in Jan.2019).
Why was the warning not taken seriously and preventive action not taken, especially by the Chinese Govt?
