India tops world’s missed TB cases

According to WHO report, 24% undiagnosed or unreported patients are from
India. In 2013, 1,36,000 cases of
Multi-Drug Resistant-TB were detected globally.

At page number 13 of the same issue,
citing a Chart by The Guardian (A Measure of Deadliness), it is said that TB is
both quite contagious and very deadly and thus more to be feared than EBOLA.
