This health drink is rich in vitamin A & Vitamin C. It is great to drink during the day to keep you going, or anytime just for the health benefits!
Ingredients
- 2 Carrots, remove the skin & cut into pieces
- 2 Oranges, peel the skin & separate the segments
- 2 small Tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2-3 drops fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Water
Steps
- Use a blender and add carrots, oranges, tomatoes, lemon juice, sugar & water.
- Know that it is advisable to have the pulp & the juice together to retain the minerals & vitamins.
- Add salt & pepper if desired.
- Serve at normal temperature or with ice.
Tips
- Black salt can be added, which is rich in iron & aids digestion.
